Hello

If you are on this page then that means you have invested enough time to get to know if I could be your massage therapist. So, let me tell you a little about me. I grew up in Washington State in a tiny farming community (no, it is not even considered a "town") where I learned the definition of hard work through working in the orchards as early as the age of 12. I attended the Cortiva Institute of Seattle in 2017 which is where my passion for helping others clashed with my facination of the human body and how it works. I quickly fell in love with massage and the healing powers that it can have on people. My fascination for how the human body works quickly expanded my need to know more, which lead me to going to nursing school. Though, it was very quickly that I found my passion does not only lie only in medicine, but in helping people recover in the long term. From this discovery I moved on to get my medical massage certification to continue my work as an LMT with the evidence based practice that is medical massage. I strive to create an environment that is welcoming to all who want to start their healthcare journey in a holistic, evidence based way.

I have lived in Colorado since 2018 to join my fiance (so close to being husband!!) where we have enjoyed the small community of Wellington as it reminds us of home. In my free time you can find me working on crafts I don't need, reading all sorts of books, tending to my tiny garden or plants, or walking my pup around the parks and trying to train him to be a real gentleman (I'd say we're about halfway there!).
